Upload Your Program Ad Artwork

Thank you for purchasing an ad in the program for Ballet Continental’s 2026 performance of The Nutcracker Ballet!

Use this form to upload your ad artwork. All ads must be uploaded no later than Saturday, November 14, 2026.

Ad Specifications

Full- and half-page ads are printed all the way to the edge of the page (full-bleed). Background images and colors should extend completely to the template edges. A ⅛" (0.125") border will be trimmed from all sides of your artwork for a finished program size of 8.5" tall × 5.5" wide. Keep important text and logos at least ⅜" (0.375") from the template edges to avoid being cut off during trimming.

  • Full-page ads (including covers) must be in a vertical orientation. Your artwork file must be 8.75" tall × 5.75" wide, which includes the bleed area, and will be trimmed to a final size of 8.5" tall × 5.5" wide.

  • Half-page ads must be in a horizontal orientation. Your artwork file must be 4.5" tall × 5.75" wide, which includes the bleed area, and will be trimmed to a final size of 4.25" tall × 5.5" wide.

  • Business card ads are the standard rectangular 2" tall × 3.5" wide, and are printed three to a page. Business card ads are not trimmed, so your artwork can use the full 2" × 3.5" area.

If your ad includes images, use the highest resolution/quality possible for best print results. Images should be 300 dpi or higher. Try to avoid copy-pasting images from internet search results as those generally do not print well.

You may use any program or service to create your ad. You must export and upload your final artwork as a PDF file.

Uploaded ads not matching these specs may be cropped, resized, have their layouts adjusted, or returned to you for adjustments at our discretion.
